Am perplexed by the range in stars... a lot of fives, and a number of 1's, not much in between. Any explanation for the 1's? I purchased a Groupon... is the service worse for Groupon's or is it a coincidence?

It might be because of the extra shipping charges. It talks about that in the small print, but I don't think too many read that.

Don't think it matters if you have a Groupon. I've done Groupon and sales. When it all goes right the service is a 5. When it goes wrong, it's very bad. Find someplace else if you value your stuff. If you don't care if it gets lost, this is your place.
