I placed an order on dec. 11th. it is 19th and when i look up the tracking it says a label has been created but they are waiting on the item. i spoke to a rep at usps and was told that the item has not been delivered to them. i tried calling the customer service several times and no on is available to take the call. this is my first order and may be my last. i wanted to order several more things but i am not sure about that now. this is a christmas gift and i am afraid that it is not going to make it on time.
