Where is the customer service FedEx has a what I think now is a fake tracking number and has not received package Are these fake phone contacts

Hi Felicia, tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to populate (sometimes even more). Your tracking information is made at the preparation stage and when FedEx gets the items in their sorting facilities is when you start seeing movement on the tracking information.
