All of our items are produced on demand here in the US a should take no more than 3 business days to be ready to ship. From there we expect about a 2 week transit time for our international customers.

I didn't receive an order confirmation, even though my card was charged, the 10% discount was applied & after order was completed, it said i would receive 2 packages (i'm assuming since i ordered t-shirts, bags & blankets, more than one package was sent). now, it looks like my order doesn't exist! since i ordered yesterday, could it be that it hasn't been processed yet & will receive a confirmation? it just seems weird that my order simply vanished despite all the time it took to place my order.
