If the SmugMug company does not bother to answer any of the questions here, why should I trust them? It tells me they don't care to deal with customer issues.

I received an 8x10 canvas picture, which was very Expensive and it is NOT what I wanted. Contact me 417- 241-1446
I can not upload my photos to gallery.
Hi, I ordered a picture last night. This didn't put me under some kind of contract did it?
I was uploading pictures---it said they were duplicates and then deleted the Gallery that had over 400 pictures in it.
What is the general turnaround time on prints?
What is the turn around time on prints?. Just the basic ones like a 8x10 or something similar
We would like a refund! I actually like the way SmuMug displays our images, site design and I find it easy to use however - the PayPal doesn't work and ALL transaction are being declined! Their tech support said everything was fine at their end but upon getting friends in different locations. browsers etc check they also get the same error! I now get an email saying this has been escalated to a higher tech support!
How do you respond to a comment like this? Horrible company to deal with.. 4/12/16 Just had the most horrible experience with this God awful company, the support staff and admin I encountered and were arrogant, rude and shockingly ignorant, underhanded and plain dishonest.
