Why does the template not download to personalise? if just hangs on 0% downloaded?

Why was my paypal account charged $47.88 annual fee on march 2. and $6.99 on march 5. i did not authorize the annual charged. i only have been paying a monthly fee and all of a sudden the annual charge. please refund the annual charge smilebox. thank you.

I have a creation that's about 15-20 minutes long, when i post to facebook to share with family it cuts off at 5 minutes, how do i get it to play in it's entirety?

I have always been able to post videos on my creations suddenly, this stopped. i now cannot post my videos. what should i do to correct this?

Hi Ann, You should be able to include video clips in your creation, depending on the file format. And you can post your final creation on Facebook or other social media sites using our program. For troubleshooting help, please email support@smilebox.com. Thank you!

Is the program hosted on my site or your site?

Hi Francis, Smilebox is downloadable software that is stored on your computer. Your creations are also stored locally, unless they are emailed or posted, in which case they are uploaded and stored on our Account page at my.smilebox.com. I hope this answers your question! How many photos can you email in a smilebox without clogging the system?

Why did your company charged me twice for the month of september? also why doesn't your company have a phone number so that your subscriber can contact you regarding billing and other things? and why doesn't your company respond quickly through email regarding resetting password?
