It has been almost two months since I placed an order as a birthday present for my 10 year old on March 10th. They charged my CC immediately. He used his own birthday money. Fell for the fact that the company has an Atlanta address and it says free domestic shipping on their site. Thought he would get if quick as it appeared to ship from Atlanta and we are in Florida. According to their site, the item shipped March 25th, but since then no tracking number has been posted and they do not answer any messages or any of my requests for a shipping update. Their phone number online also goes straight to a voicemail messaging system, from which not call are returned. If anyone has a way to get a hold of someone withing the company, it would be greatly appreciated. If I hear nothing by the end of this week I will be calling my Credit Card Company.
I keep hearing on the news about certain boards blowing up and going on fire because of the batteries. Amazon and a bunch of retail places have stopped selling them. Does anyone know if the wheels from smartbalancewheelzz are safe? Anyone have any problems or know of anyone who has?
Placed my order at the beginning of November 2015, it's now December 2,2015 and no hover board. I was promised a tracking number two weeks ago and still nothing. Don't know how long I should wait until phoning the credit card company. Help, please!

I have ordered 2 hoverboards on october 14th and and i did receive them on november 5th. Nearly 3 weeks. But it worth it, these boards are great!

I receive my board 2 weeks later everything is right so far. Only issue they said 1 week delivery on the website. I did not have it for my kid birthday
