I have ordered 2 hoverboards on october 14th and and i did receive them on november 5th. Nearly 3 weeks. But it worth it, these boards are great!

It has been almost two months since i placed an order as a birthday present for my 10 year old on march 10th. they charged my cc immediately. he used his own birthday money. fell for the fact that the company has an atlanta address and it says free domestic shipping on their site. thought he would get if quick as it appeared to ship from atlanta and we are in florida. according to their site, the item shipped march 25th, but since then no tracking number has been posted and they do not answer any messages or any of my requests for a shipping update. their phone number online also goes straight to a voicemail messaging system, from which not call are returned. if anyone has a way to get a hold of someone withing the company, it would be greatly appreciated. if i hear nothing by the end of this week i will be calling my credit card company.

Don't use this page for anything! It's a scam/ fraud. Same with me no emails, tracking number, or phone number to call. It's send you straight to the voicemail. They say they send it after 2 days of received payment. But no I haven't gotten any news of my order. Right when I kept seeing payment in progress, I knew this had to be a scam site just for money. And the other comments about people receiving their hoverboards. It's probably just the company it's self to convince you to get scam and get your money taken away. I haven't seen refunds, nothing! This page is a total scam. So be careful

Placed my order at the beginning of november 2015, it's now december 2,2015 and no hover board. i was promised a tracking number two weeks ago and still nothing. don't know how long i should wait until phoning the credit card company. help, please!

Answer:

I was very nervous that I was getting scammed from this website from the beginning when my credit card company put a freeze on my cc because it was processed from the UK. The entire month I had my doubts that they were legit because kept getting false promises. Also did not like that there was no contact number to call. But I waited and eventually a month later they finally sent me my order. The product came just as I ordered and it is working great so far.
