Why is it that like other businesses you can't provide a return address for merchandise that's wrong?

Because they are bullies and actually don't do refunds. If they would do refunds as trustful companies do, the ShoesPie wouldn't have a business, because their quality is terrible and products made of really cheep material!
Or they offer to refund $20 of total 139$, but never all the money you paid for the goods. Oh, and you have to bare the refunding fee as well :D
