Hello how long is the process for receiving your items, I had order some shoes last year but know one kept me updated and I felt like it was taking extremely long? what is the exact process and shipping time for someone to get there order?

Thanks for your question here.
The super saving would be slower than the standard shipping and fast shipping, will take around 20 days for the shipping. For the processing time of the item, you could see it on the product page, the receiving time would be processing time plus shipping time.
