When you place an order for the 1st time, do shoe dazzle take membership money from you account along with the purchase of your first order.

No, you will not be charged for the VIP Credit right away after you place your first order upon enrollment in the VIP membership. The monthly VIP Credits will start the month after you get enrolled in the VIP membership.

Hi , im interested with the vip membership , i know i have 2 cancel it every month k, i just want 2 know if the membership is forever ?? because i will want 2 cancel sometime , what i could do 2 cancell the membership forever and don't cancel it every month ?

Hello! This is from the ShoeDazzle team. We know that this question was raised over a year ago, but we would like to address it. You can keep the VIP membership for as long as you would like. Skipping is always an option to avoid the monthly VIP Credits. Just simply visit the website within the first five days of each month. Go under the "My VIPs" tab, and you will see the skip button there in green. Just press it and answer a few questions until you see a confirmation saying, "You've successfully skipped the month." Then you are good to go. We send out email reminders every first and fifth day of each month so that our members will be reminded to skip. Please be sure to check your spam or junk folder to see if you do not see the email in your inbox. You can also set an alarm or put a note on your calendar to be reminded.

I was wondering, if someone placed an order as a vip member, but only got the agreements for it after, but the order was still places..however if the person wants to cancel the membership, will the order that was already placed arrive ?

Once you cancel the VIP membership right away after you place your first order upon enrollment in the VIP membership, our system will automatically cancel the order along with the VIP membership.

I was told shose dazzle. is as bad as just fab?

They are the same company. If you look st the top of the page when your shopping Shoe Dazzle, it gives you the option to shop Just Fab. I've shopped both & read they are the same company with the same cheap, subpar materials. I have ordered jeans that weren't to terribly bad, but the shoes are definitely not worth the cost. Payless has better quality

Hi! oust ordered my first pair of shoes with my vip membership and it said i could buy one and get one free..... when i purchased them i wasnt able to get one free....how do i go about doing this?

The VIP Introductory Offer: Buy One, Get One Free should automatically be applied once you add two items to your cart. Once the order is placed, we no longer have the option to apply the promotion to the order.

I got vip membership a month ago. but i neither purchased a product nor i used 'skip the month'. now i feel to buy a pair of shoes for 10$ not 39.9$[the actual price of that shoes]. i really loved those shoes and thinking to buy them. please suggest me something. i forgot to use that 'skip the month' option.

The $49.95 charge is converted into a VIP Credit that can be used to make purchases. VIP Credits can be used to purchase any single item priced at up to $80, opt for a curated bundle, or select two items. This credit is available for your use when you are ready to make a purchase. If the credit is unused after a year since it was issued to the account, the credit will expire.
