I wanted to know if everyone always got their orders on time, mine is nearly a week late and i'm confused because i sent emails and never got an answe

We know that this question was raised over a year ago, but we would like to address it.Regarding our shipping time frame, once the order is completed online, there will be 1-2 business days of processing of the item(s) in the warehouse, we send a confirmation email within 24-48 hours. As soon as the item(s) is shipped out, we'll send another email along with the tracking number so you may track it from time to time. You will receive your order within 6-14 business days (standard shipping) and 2-3 business days (rush shipping) once the item is shipped out.

Hola, cuánto tiempo tardan en llegar los pedidos apenas encargue unos pero quiero ver los detalles y no aparece cuando me llegan o no puedo rastrearlo

Con respecto a nuestro plazo de envío, una vez que el pedido se completa en línea, habrá de 1 a 2 días hábiles después del procesamiento de los artículos en el almacén; enviamos un correo electrónico de confirmación dentro de las 24 a 48 horas. Shoedazzle forced me to become a vip membership will they charge me additional for that? since i did order my first pair

If you recently just became a member on shoedazzle , do you get your first pair $10 ? but after do they charge you a monthly fee ?

We always have a special discount as a VIP welcome offer and the $10 for a pair of shoes is one of them. However, it does also activate a monthly membership, as explained during checkout. Our membership charges $49.95 a month which can be redeemed for any bundle or single item on site up to $80 VIP price and expires after 12 months from the time it was added to your account.

If you cancel your vip membership, are they suppose to take money from you for the month even if you've only used the membership for less than a month

Why did shoe dazzle change to credit cards only when making purchases? debit cards make it so much easier to purchase.
