Don't worry. They cannot cheat you. You can even file a dispute to ask your money back if you are not satisfied with their dresses.
As per my experience, I don't remember that I have been charged for using my CC. I understand that you are worried about that message you get telling you that the transaction may be unsecure, it happened to me as well. I didn't mind and I have made the purchase and nothing bad has happened. It's up to you in the end.
