Has Shirleysdress site closed down?
I received the dress today but it is VERY different from the one I originally ordered. The one I ordered had a collar and the bottom part had ruffles... The one I received, however, is plain and has no collar. Can you change it for the one I DO want (pictures below) or can I get my money back? How do I return the dress to you?
