All their items are shipped from China. I live in the USA and got my dress in about two weeks. I suggest don't trust all the reviews, positive or negative. I have to say that the dress I bought was great. The price is also amazing.

I wouldn't even waste your time with shirleys dress. The quality is terrible and you will regret it like I did.
