For me the way they do things. Easier to use specially for a techie person like me. Updates are being sent via email and sometimes SMS. Plus the door to door delivery service.

Not too many choices. Like so many things related to the Philippines. Choice is VERY limited. And this is how so many services can exist so long and be so terrible. There's simply no choice. Competitors are kept out of the market via various regulations and insider favors, etc.
