ASK FOR REFUND. Don't let them back you down. It's not their fault how shipping works, but it's their fault for using a certain service to ship, as well as not emailing to notify what's going on! They email about everything else... Otherwise it looks like theft to take the money peacefully without even knowing if the customer got THEIR PAID FOR items. One big thing for companies is customer service! They nail it into you as an employee so what the heck... So on that part, you must ask for refund. Even if you simply don't want it anymore, you should get a refund.
