I cancelled my duplicate order BBB4674 over 24 hrs. Ago by submitting a ticket. No one responded to the ticket yet. If my charge goes from "pending" to complete on my credit card tomorrow, I will have much more to say...

Now, the real order AZA4675 contains items, which were advertised as "ships within 24 hrs." The order is still in process, when is the shipping going to happen? I need to get those items in reasonable time, which is a week, not a month!
