I AM FED UP. My order number is YLH3646.
I got an email saying my payment did not go through, but i have bankstatements and my paypal statement says that infact my money has gone through to your company
I just want my product and to resolve this issue. I have emailed you guys about his issue numerous of times providing pictures that prove money has been taken out and gone through to your company, and i get a blunt rude responce "money has not gone through. Check bank."
I need answers now, this has never happend to me before and i will take actions further if nothing is done because this is a SCAM

Wost online experience lost over500 dollars clothes are junk cheaply made and asian sizing customer service is a nightmare. I contacted bbb icalifornia and they culd not get answers for ma as well as other site s they wanted proof of pamsnt ehen payment details are on their own site. I ave sevesere stomach issues and got a severe flair up while dealing with them. I dont know how they stay in business i consider them to be commmiting mail fraud, they lost an entire 150 dollar order and nevr credited or replaced. Many items i did recieve were poorly made and fea market quality, they are disgraceful and truly commititig raud in my situation i paid thru paypal i have been severely sick for over 2 months andevery attempt i made to cony=tact them mace me sicker. Report this to bbb in aca. If enough people complain mabe they will be forv=ced to change the way they do business or hopfully go out of business

Take action Now! You will Never get satisfaction from these thieves. I have never heard of anybody ever getting a refund from these crooks.

Wow! Daniel this is a new low of them... if you paid through paypal which I sisncerely hope you did, then they will issue a refund if Sheinside do not respond in a timely manner. This is how I was able to recover all my money. Terry is right, the clothes are deplorable, badly made and have tatty finish. But they seem to flood websites like this with fake reviews so the real concerns and warnings for other unsuspecting shoppers just get pushed down to the bottom of the site.
