Can you share a success story using SelectHomeWarranty?

After filing 5 claims, and one tech that wanted to pad his pocket resulting in me fixing my own leak in a toilet at my expense after paying their tech. And another tech wanting to get my pool setup for summer at150. More than I already gave for deductible she didn't fix my pump or water line to my pool. Both denied by select home Warrenty. And 3 more that I paid their techs for then had to fix it myself. Now my freezers compressor is out and they took money out of my bank account without my permission after saying they would go ahead and fix the freezer well guess what they declined it. And said it wasn't covered when in the contract it says it is. List all meat and others because of 3 weeks if waiting for them

It's absolutely freezing in my home tonight - just like it's been for over a week, since I discovered my furnace wasn't working and filed a claim with Select.
Not that they care - They managed to make the already terrible, freezing-cold week absolutely miserable with promises to "call me back" and assurances that my claim would be reviewed in the "next 24 hours" only for NO ONE to ever call me back!
I was promised my claim would be escalated on numerous occasions, since it was for my FURNACE at the beginning of winter and I have TWO SMALL CHILDREN, only to find out, days later, that it was never escalated!

After a freezing week of getting nothing but empty promises, I spoke to 3 different people on Saturday November 9th who all assured me that they would call back with an answer from the claims department THAT DAY; only to find out from the 4th person that the claims department IS NOT EVEN OPEN ON SATURDAYS!
This means that I was NEVER going to get a call back that day and was LIED TO THREE TIMES BY THREE DIFFERENT PEOPLE AT SELECT!

And finally, all this abuse ends with my claim being DENIED because I don't have 3 YEARS worth of maintenance records - I only purchased the house LAST YEAR!?!?!? NOT ONLY THAT, BUT I TOLD YOU I DIDNT HAVE THOSE RECORDS ON DAY 1 AND WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULDNT BE A PROBLEM!

WHY PUT MY FAMILY THROUGH 11 DAYS OF LIVING IN A FREEZING COLD HOUSE WITH NO FURNACE, FOR A CLAIM YOU WERE NEVER GOING TO APPROVE!?!?

YOU CANNOT TREAT YOUR PAYING CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS! WHY WOULD YOU DO THIS TO MY FAMILY AND THEN REFUSE TO MAKE IT RIGHT!?!?!?

After 3 uses nothing but terrible support by SHW. All 3 times included very long delays.

None, stay away from this company. They are not helpful and give you the run around. They do not honor claims
