Customer service is great. Food and atmosphere is the best. Great comps! A member of the MGM family so comps extend to many other hotels and casinos.
Every time I file a claim they fight with you, always an excuse as to why they will not pay. All claims are prorated. Just purchased a new fridge for $1800 they paid nothing. Just purchased a new washer for $800 they paid $125. Signed up for a 5 year contract sorry I did. They can never find a service technician I always need to find my own.
I do not know how the people that work for this company go home a night feeling good they are ripping people off.
