Hi: i would like to know why i got about 20 messages from "sugar babies", but found their accounts were not active when i went to view their profiles

That usually happens when the person has deactivated their profile. People come and go from the site all the time, some even prefer that their profiles don't show as active when they're offline so they deactivate, and reactivate when they're back online again. When those people reactivate their profiles, those conversations will once again be active for you to continue with. Please contact support so that they can look into any issues directly.
