Here’s what consumers have asked with answers from SeatGeek staff and previous consumers.
SeatGeek is a search engine that aggregates tickets listings from hundreds of sellers across the web. Most of our sellers have large allotments of tickets in rows of a section, and usually they have to fulfill orders with adjacent seats on a first-come, first-served basis. Since there's no way to know when or how many tickets will be claimed in what order, our sellers can't provide specific seat details until after delivery. We do, however, guarantee that all of your tickets purchased within the same order will be adjacent unless otherwise stated in the listing!
Great question! Sellers put on "service fees," and if your tickets are hardstock and require shipment, you'll be charged a delivery fee as well. Any additional fee, while low, is put on the order by SeatGeek to help support the development and security of our site! If you're curious about the fee breakdown, you'll be able to see that at checkout when you go to place an order. If you ever need to reach out support team, feel free to call 1-888-506-4101 any time between 10AM and 11PM EST, 7 days a week!
Hi Nicholas! If those are hardstock tickets, you won't know seat numbers until they're delivered. But all tickets are guaranteed to be next to each other as long as they were purchased within the same order and it wasn't notated otherwise! Send us an email to hi@seatgeek.com if you want us to take a look at the order, we're happy to help!
