I have purchased tickets to an event and it says the tickets won't be ready for delivery until 12/28, the event is on 12/31 and I have a hotel booked for 12/30 and 12/31... is there anyway to track my tickets and possibly get in touch with the seller to see if they can send them sooner? I've emailed someone already and still no response and no confirmation email but money was taken from account immediately... I knew stubhub was the way to go :(

They have a number to call them. My son called and talked to them about our tickets. They were less than helpful. Try their website for the number. Good luck. These guys are worthless
