How do I return a duplicate part?
Holy crap I think about all the PTO I could have saved if they would work techs on saturdays I used up 1 day every 2 weeks for literally 8 months!
I just had a 600 dollar new ice maker put in and can't get a answer by phone or chat. 24 hrs later and no ice. No phone number on invoice.

Waiting time so so long plus they keep transferring me from one department to anther no one knows how to do the job

You cannot speak to anyone who knows or cares about your issue or problems, all you can get is a call center that hires people who do not understand how to handle anyone who has a problem.
