Yes, I ordered 2 HH Claire wigs from your company. I am unable to reach anyone to discuss how to care for these wigs. Both of the wigs are not keeping their curls and the hair is just knotty. I have called twice to find out what products to use on these wigs, but noone has called me back. If you can just tell me how to maintain the curls in this wigs, I would gladly appreciate it.

Before I buy any hair I do research on it. I find YouTube is the best. Look up the wig name on youtub for some answers. If you still have problems call the company it's self.( ex. Model model) for better product info. But I always call the number for IL. An always get a live person.

HI Corinne, I'm not to familiar with this wig, but maybe you could try using a good wig brush to get the tangles out and either set them with large rods or recurling with a curling iron
