At time of purchase you are asked to check the box if you would like a tracking number for a small fee. I did not check the box so I did not get a tracking number. My package arrived in a timely manner considering it came from overseas. No problems for me. I am very happy with the customer service and my order!.
I recently ordered from sammys dress and chose expedited shipping also. My package was delivered via DHL. I think you should email them and inform them whats going on. Although you checked out as a guest, you should've received a confirmation email stating you placed an order. When your order ship they also send you another email notifying you and it will tell you what carrier is responsible for delivering your merchandise. They will reply to your email in a timely manner. I am a size medium and the swimsuit I got would not even fit a child extra small, the quality was terrible you could pull on it and it would rip also took way to long to get. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
