I ordered a pair of shoes from them about a week ago and it says my order has been shipped out. i don't really mind if i don't get my shoes quickly because it is the holiday season and they're not desperately needed. just all of these reviews are bad and are scaring me... does anyone actually have a good experience with them?! :(

I would like to know why you all wait until we have ordered and paid for the item then tell us its out of stock. worse also you refuse to give us a cash refund to our credit cards instead forcing us to purchase something else. this is very unfair since its not our fault you advertise items that is not in stock.
