After two months you should contact customer service for a refund- sounds like they got lost, but overall all the items I've ordered have been great quality, almost identical to the pictures and arrived safely. I'd suggest sending them a "ticket" on the site.
I hate to say it, but if you do get them, you will probably be disappointed at the poor quality and how different they are to the photos
