Short answer: No. Do not order from them. I had to involve Paypal and days before the deadline, SammyDress wanted me to close the appeal BEFORE they would refund me. I refused, so I got my money. They then had the gall to ask me to change my review on this site... The dress did eventually come, and there are way too many sewing flaws, plus it's too thin to wear in public. After seeing their product, the positive reviews are fake.

It's not a scam site but some orders do take longer than expected, you also have to consider it's coming from China. I have made several orders with no problems. My recent order only half of my items shipped so I'm a little irritated by that!

It took 2 months to receive my item. I will never order from them again.

I only order clothes, not shoes or anything else. I know when I order because I use my measuring tape when a item says it's a dress on their website that for me it would only be a top/shirt. I know that even though I wear Large and X-Large in USA sizes that in their sizes I may wear anywhere from XL to 4XL and every single item I must use the size chart on before I order it. I put up pictures of shirts and dresses I ordered from them that I'm happy with, but I put the work in before I ordered. If An item is on backorder, it may take 2 and a half months for it to show up. If you use free shipping it may take 2 and a half months to show up. If you use expedited shipping it may take 3 to 4 weeks for an item to arrive. I also read the reviews of items that have reviews and look at the pictures that the reviewers put on the site. Anyone expecting or needing a fast order is not going to get it. If you can wait 3 weeks to 2 and a half months for items, that's the longest it's taken me to get things. I started ordering a few items in August and I got 1 shirt that even though I measured it did not fit at all. It looked like it was a size 2T for a toddler and it was supposed to be a 3XL and it said 3XL. I'm just giving that away, because it was so cheap. Every item that I have ordered I check the size chart. I know that 2.54 Centimeters equal 1 inch. I don't estimate anything. Plus I know the sizes run kinda small so If my Bust is 42 DD I order items that fit 44 or larger and the same goes for my wait and hips. Items are short in length unless they are ankle length or floor length. Items that say Knee length hit me mid thigh and I"m 5'4" and items that show as mid thigh on the models on the site are simply shirts to me that fall a little below my waist. If people measure with a measuring tape first though they will know when a dress is going to fit them like a shirt and not a dress. I like the stuff I get. My review is real. My photos are real. If someone expects their items in 2 weeks and they don't measure themselves and compare themselves to each items size chart it will be a night mare and a disaster. If you follow the instructions on the site you can find some nice items.

Honestly I never had any issues with this site, and I did order quite a few items of them.

I would be careful as it all comes from / sent from Hong Kong / China. Sizes are not as should and it is impossible to reach anyone, they have a mailbox in London but impossible to talk with anyone. I will not buy anything from them again. (got my money back through PayPal) The quality on what turned up was not good enough to clean the car with.

I love this site. Some items didn't arrive on time but never had an issue getting my items from Sammy dress. I've now ordered 20+ times and only had one order that I didn't receive and they refunded my entire order amount.

Not unless you want poor quality, clothes that don't fit or never show up and poor customer service! I would NOT recommend at all. Save yourself the headache and the money you think you're saving and go to a reputable department store!

No I wouldn't order from them. The material of the clothing is cheap and the clothes are made to fit short and skinny people.

No. I had 2 good orders from them but it was years ago, and even then not -all- of the clothes were the correct sizes. Just most. And the designs are copies of other clothes. Most of the time they won't look like the pictures do.
My last order was horrible. 90% of what I ordered was SO small. And they won't give me a full refund. And when I ordered shoes, they kept sending me messages saying they're out of stock and to pick something else. I sent approximately 80 different ones to them and only THREE were in stock, in ANY colour. So I had to cancel that order and go through $#*! to get money back and honestly I don't think I ever got it. I had asked for the previous refund to my Sammywallet which I now regret because I will never ever shop from that site again. But they refuse to refund that money to me.

And not only that, they asked me to write a positive review on three sites including this one, to get a bunch of S-points which go towards a discount on your orders. That is where the good reviews on these sites come from. I did it, and now I regret it because I hate the site. Their staff must copy paste their messages because they say the exact same words every time. Anyway, they said NOT to check the box that says "did Sammydress ask you to write this review". If you do check it, you won't get the s-points. And I'm guessing if you don't give it 5 stars and an amazing review, you won't get them either.

So I advise that you AVOID this site and tell anyone else who you know wants to order from it NOT to. Unless you like poor packaging and incorrect clothing that doesn't match the pictures and you've got the waist, hips, and thighs of a baby, don't do it.

You take your chances with Sammydress. I ordered a total of 7 items. 3 were exactly as they show on the site, one was different, but still okay, and the other 3 were completely ugly and totally different. I'm still fighting with them about a refund. They want to give me $3.22 on a $41.00 order! I will never order from them again... it's just too risky for me!

No. I would highley recommend not ordering from them. I am still waiting for part of my order almost 3 months after i ordered. I just recieved one of my items about 2 weeks ago and I ordered late July/early August.

I ordered 2 items on Sept. 5,2015 and they got my money from Pay Pal and I still don't have my order.

No. Don't do it. I ordered something and after a month I asked why it never shipped. They told me it was high demand and back ordered, and gave me an expected ship date, or an option to pick another item. Sounded believable until a month later still nothing, so I asked for my money back. To my surprise I got a full refund within a couple days which most ppl on here don't. Very disappointed, but I'm glad my refund was handled professionally.

No Justin. This company is a scam. Unfortunately i wasnt warn and i never received my merchandise. Ive reported them to paypal and hopefully will get a refund. Stay away from them.

I order from them 8/29/2015 2 items I waited 2 1\2 month when I recieved1 item after I got on this web site jabber which was the wrong size still have not recieved the 2nd item when I call I get a answer then a hang up. I my self will not order from them again. I believe they should a least contact me to let me know what the hold up is maybe they make it when its ordered I am sorry to say no trust here.

NO! I cannot stress hard enough what a mistake it would be to give them any business. First of all, the items they show in their pictures are not theirs but pirated from the manufacturers sites and norms what they are selling. Then when you do have a problem you cannot get through in the phone no matter what time of day and to set up a ticket doesn't work for a refund. The only way to get anything resolved was thankfully I paid with PayPal so THEY got through to them. Danny just sent me another email saying they were sorry I didn't get the package but the show it was delivered! This after they sent me one last week asking me to sign off on the claim with PayPal. Mind you, I got the items but they were garbage. They have no clue what is going on and I'm sure prolonging refunds in hopes I'll just go away. So if you want to order its at your own risk and if you are);:,? Enough to do so use PayPal so you have someone on your side when you try to get your money back.

In my opinion, I would never order from this website. They do not ship items but keep your money. There is no way to contact them and if you are lucky enough to get one or two pieces, they are such bad quality. Order from another website and leave Sammy Dress alone.

This company is the worse online service I have come across. These rags are completely defected rags that were beneath quality control standards. Ill fix poor in expensive piece goods. Shipping on time does not exist. One lie after another. False shipping documents. Beside all the lies, Emails that pile more lies upon lies that if you receive answer back. You're seeing mixed reviews because after people leave a negative feedback, they bribe the person with a "free gift" if they change it.

NO. Biggest mistake I made. The clothes look nothing like the pictures. They stole images from real clothing websites and claim that's what they are selling but in reality, not even close! Everything is all cheap fabric cheaply hand sewn with cheap Chinese tags in them. Huge scam. Prices are cheap, but honestly, I wouldn't even pay a quarter for the items I received. That's how cheap and ugly they are!

No don't order from them I ordered 2 weeks ago paid for overnight shipping and got the dress on this past Friday and the dress was not what they advertise it was a dress clearly made by someone that wasn't professional one sleeve was way shorter than the other sleeve and all the sequences immediately started falling off and the entire back split open before I even tried it on... This was for my birthday which is in 4 days now I'm stuck and broke!

I did order a cardigan and 3 shirts and when I did receive the order, 4 1/2 months later they barely fit my 9 year old! XL, fit like a size 10 in little girls.
I couldn't ever get an ok to return the items for a refund. SCAM COMPANY!

The good reviews are from people that work for sammy dress. They used to be a different website that got shut down because of being fake and they changed to sammydress. I ordered from here and paid extra for 6-8 day shipping. It took 2 months for my order but they took the money out as soon as i bought it. When i got it, it was a joke. I ordered a hi-low sweater that was supposed to be 27 inches long and it was MAYBE 15. My dog sleeps with it so i guess it made a nice dog bed

I've ordered from them several times. Don't be in a big hurry to get your order, order several sizes larger than you are (Medium, order XLarge at least), and be sure you pay to get a tracking number. I've dealt with their customer service, and had a good experience with them. You have to do everything with a "ticket".

I would not if i were you. Sizes are much smaller then US Sizes and quality is poor. I was tempted but read far too many bad reviews. Stuff is cute but don't let cute fool you! Save your money, time and aggravation!

You may or may not get what your ordered. If your items are lost in shipment (which apparently happens often), they will say to go after the shipping company for your money back (and they do not tell you who is the company). Needless to say that is not how it works, and if they lose your items or if they get lost by the shipping company, they are responsible according to PayPal. So I had to wait 2 months, but I went and contacted PayPal since Sammydress would not give me my money back and was able to that way. Horrible customer service. Everything you find on this website, you can find on aliexpress.com, which is way better and safer since you do not pay until your items arrive.

They should be banned by Visa and other credit card companies. That's the only solution.

Ive never had a problem. You pay for the shipping you want. It comes from China/Korea and takes 3-4 weeks to arrive if you get fre or standard shipping. That's not sammy dress' problem, that's the postal service. Look at item reviews before ordering.
