Recently i have purchased a bunch of cloths from sammydress.com but i found most of them are not perfect in fit and quality and i am asking them to replace it for me and its been more than a week and they have not yet replied and they have not shipped some of my stuff i have spend around 500$ on the website and i am totally pissed. Can any one tell me is there any way that apart from online email i can contact them and get this resolved or refunded.

I tried by phone... No joy! Emailed 25 times no reply! The company... If there is actually one there is a pathetic joke... Urge anyone you know not to buy anything from them!

Did you pay through PayPal?

I made 1 purchase from them and will never again. The clothes all together from quality fabric and manufacturing are the worst!

If you didn't use PayPal you could be in big trouble! I got my money back thanks to PayPal and a LOT of negative web reviews!

Good luck and never purchase from them again!

No, the phone number doesn't work. You have to file a ticket then on the ticket you can request what you need. If you have already do that, get your credit card company involved.

PayPal is in on the scam... I was assured that Pay Pal would cover the purchase price in full if there was a problem... I spent $73.00 on 5 pair of sweat pant. I did get the package fast. Only 4 pair were sent and the size was for a 5 year old child not an adult male. Sammy dress told me I could keep them and sell them to someone. I told them No, I want a refund because I know by the size of the large that an X-Large wouldn't work either. They started jerking me around wanting me to take pictures of the items. They sent the GARBAGE, what do they need pictures from me for? I could tell this had SCAM written all over it. I contacted PayPal. They told me No problem, they would handle everything. If Scammydress didn't reply to them in 7 days or some amount of days they would give me my full refund. Well, on that Last Day, I got a message. Scammydress is offering you $11.00. Take it or dispute will be closed. It had some other GARBAGE conditions with it but I wasn't spending $33.00 more to send the GARBAGE back to China... Others have done that and get NO REFUND, so they are out of original money and the return shipping. Pay Pal said since i wouldn't accept the $11.00 the THIEVES offered to give me back of MY MONEY... That the dispute would be closed. I talked another time later with PayPal. They told me if I would say nothing more they would put $35.00 in my account. Still STEALING $28.00 from me, I told them to put the money in my account. The rep told me I had to agree I would keep the THIEVES actions or they would not put the money back in my account. I told him Nope,, Not going to agree to that and let the THIEVES keep stealing from others. He then said Offer no longer available. Told me he would suggest I close my Pay Pal account. So, you decide,, Is Pay Pal facilitating this SCAM CHINA GARBAGE site? This is a Multi Billion Dollar SCAM being ran on unsuspecting Victims from all over the world. Too many are making millions for anyone to Put a Stop to it. Don't look for anyone to stop this RING OF THIEVES. Not going to happen.

No way to get in touch with the sorry $#*! scammers. These folks r theives! I'm really surprised u got any of your order. I didn't get any of my order and the tracking number and order number they sent me via email was so fake! I'm sorry this happened to u!

Sad to say trying to contact them is virtually useless. I had the same prob. Your only hope is to keep sending emails and threaten them about reporting them so that they are unable to do business online. Tell them you are going to post negative reviews on face book and other places. I'll never buy anything from them again. Warn others STAY CLEAR OF SAMMY DRESS. Good luck though!

They don't even answer the number (909.581.9508) they have on their site. Sometimes the phone will be busy when you call or will just hang up. The few times I was able to get through, a lady's voicemail came on and sounded like it was a residential phone rather than a business/company. They are a scam and should not be in business or even have a PayPal account. My suggestion is to continue charting with them online since this is the only way they can at least talk to you. I hope you can get your money back. Sorry for all the headache-I had to go through same thing.

If you paid through paypal, they may be able to help, but they weren't able to help me very much. If you paid via credit card, you are in luck, dispute the charge. It cost just as much to return items to them than the actual purchase. Im sorry they got you too

I am so sorry. I found out the hard way myself. I was so glad I paid on my credit card through paypal. I was able to cancel my order and get my money back. This company is not recommended by me to deal with. They want personal info from you that should not be given. The company is crooked. Please don't waste your time. You can try to contact them, but you will have to do so through what they call a ticket. They will tell you they will will work with you, but trust me when I say... it's all talk. They just take your money. Their sizes are way different than the US as well. If you want something. Order 2 sizes at least if not more bigger than what you normally wear.

I placed an order with them two months ago and never received anything. I went directly to paypal and put a claim. Because they use paypal and the amount of complaints they are getting they run the risk of geeting their paypal suspened. Paypal is working on getting my money reimbursed. This company is a scam and they are theifs. I have read that the sizes are never right and everything fits small. I would contact paypal. Open an investsgation and see if they can reimburse you. Im so sorry. Also contact your bank they can also help u.

I ve been scammed myself, did not received m yýyqu refunds, they a're thieving bastards, tell everyone not to buy from them. I have emailed people I know and came on this website to tell everyone. Stay away from them

Hey I'm sorry your having that problem. What i did was went on my facebook page and wrote a review and message them on fb. They are trying to refund my miney now. Good luck. We need to shut them down with there non quality clothing.

I tried to get a ticket to complain, but it wouldn't work... the complaints ticket or either of the after sales tickets. It also kept saying my order number was wrong yet I copied and pasted that from their order email. Finally just created a ticket on a pre sales enquiry ticket but never heard back for a week until I started writing my complaints on their facebook posts. They finally responded but now want all these photos for the 4 items I posted. As you could only add 3 attachments to the ticket, I did send 3 of the 4 pictures. Yet now, they want me to send a picture of the item (already done), a picture of the barcode thingy on the packaging (I had typed the number in to the ticket) and a picture from their website of the item (which they already have!)... for each of the 4 items. Talk about trying to make me jump through hoops!
Fingers crossed if I go to all this effort that they will refund me the money.
I wish I had realised before buying that what they are selling is just cheap, crap rip offs. I was buying from the pics which looked great... but they were just crap what was sent to me. I will never buy this crap from them ever again. Save your money people.

Sorry to hear that. I always check the size tables because they are not standard nor are they consistent item to item. The quality can be low, but price is also low, so sometimes it is not worth fighting. I have never ordered much though, so even if I was going to be disappointed, which I was with two items, the loss is minimal. I only communicated via emaill, but I always got answered in less than 24 hours. Keep trying.

I recieved 1 of the shirts I bought, and the size did not fit as to all other items I have bought at that same size. It took some time for me to get the shirt still waiting for one more shirt. When calling the number I would get an answer and a quick hang up. I sold my shirt to someone else for the same price I paid. I hope the other shirt is better. I do know I will not order nothing else. I hope they refund your item good luck.

I've only communicated with them online, through the ticket program. When you order their items you have to know that it takes 2.54 centimeters to equal 1 inch and you also have to use a measuring tape and the size chart on every single item you select. If you don't check the measurements the items will not fit. Plus you have to realize that if you don't add an inch or two for an item to go around you and not fit to tightly, it will fit to tightly. I've never sent anything back. I honestly got 1 item that I did check the measurements on and it still did not fit. It was so cheap that I'm just giving it to a friend. Everything else I've ordered fits. Also check for reviews on the items and pictures of people wearing them. Most of the items labeled Dresses are basically tops for people in the USA, because we are so much taller and larger than people in China, for the most part. When I order something labeled a dress, I often times check the measurement length and know when it comes I will wear that item as a shirt not a dress, because it's too short to wear as a dress.
