As of yet I have not received my order, which was placed in Oct. I finally got somewhat of an answer the other day, after many many tries. They said it takes up to 25 days or longer before you get your order. Still waiting! Sorry I don't have any good news.
If your items do not look like the picture that is also covered under "buyer protection" with Paypal.
I had an issue with a wig not matching to the picture or description. I used this http://support.sammydress.com/?lang=en and got my issue handled. They sent me a different wig I ordered so now have 2 of the same ones that you can't even tell I am wearing a wig and allowed me to keep the one that didn't match their picture and description on web site. Oh and they paid to ship me out the replacement wig of my choice. It actually came quicker than when I paid for the expedite shipping. You need to go to the Warranty and return. Remember they are in China so different times than USA you must give them time to respond.
