Your best bet is to keep hassling them, over & over. I got the majority of my refund back, aside from the shipping which i still blasted them with complaints about getting that back.
Let them know at their "complaints" site and they will respond. I had a credit for some items as soon as I complained. Delivery took two months and the quality and fit of the items was very poor. I might get use out of 1 item from 5. Would not order again but you get what you pay for!
Just give up. You will never, ever, ever get your items and you will never ever get your money back. They will open a ticket and that is as far as it will go. This company is totally rubbish and takes the piss out of all orders. Do not reorder.
