Don't do it! Even the US immigration won't ask for actual documents when filling for citizenship etc.
I just had to go to their website and click on Refund Policy. They say you have 30 days to request a full refund. I also called my credit card company to try to reverse the charge, was told that Safe-Filings had to do it. Funny thing was that my credit card company identified the company name as Safefilin without the "g". And they are located in London. The Social Security Adminstration told me they are a 3rd party entity and that an order for my replacement card had no been put in. I initially called the Social Security Admin to check the status of my order. I had been 3 weeks, and nothing. The Social Security Admin told me I will probably never receive the replacement card through Safe-Filings. Hope the info was helpful, take care. Peace
