“Safe Filing is a fraudulent company beware!”

I was online helping my mother to obtain a replacement social security card. I'm a social worker so I knew the SSA office didn't charge at the office. I thought since it was online the were charging. Well she never received her card and they took my $35.00. This is quite disturbing how these criminals take your money and information. Your identity is to vital to have it in the wrong hands. Please report this company to the better business bureau. They need to go to jail it probably countless people who have been taking advantage of over a period of time.

“It's a scam and fraud”

I used this website for my social security card replacement a month ago. They charged me $35 and I never heard from them. I called the social security office and found out it's totally free for social security card replacement if we download the SS-5 form from their website. Also, we need to mail more supporting documents than what SafeFilings list on their website for the replacement including ID and citizenship proof. This website is a fraudulent company, so please be aware of it!

After I put in all of my personal information they asked for, they sent me an email requesting my ACTUAL passport and driver's license (no copies allowed). I thought that was strange, so I wrote them back saying that I would not send them my ACTUAL documents. I also asked for a refund. They didn't respond so now I left to believe that they are a scam. I am glad I didn't send them my actual documents, but I am very upset they have all of my personal information.

I asked for a refund with in 4 days and had received a confirmation that I would receive it in 7-10 days. No return was issued and now they will not respond to any emails or through the contact us section of the website. I would not trust this company!

I was directed to this site to get a replacement social security card. I was asked A LOT of personal information on me and my parents. Scary part my social security number. Charged $35 and was to be mailed a week later. After a month I called social security admin and they informed me they Donot charge for replacement cards. I cannot believe they are allowed to do this.

This site is nothing more than a scam site that does nothing for the money they receive. Go directly to social security for your card and it's free. The site pretends it part of social security and gets you to pay for a free service.

I thought this is Legit, I give them my whole information I thought they are associated with SSS. This company is not associated with SSS, and to get the copy it's free, I waited 3 weeks for my social security nothing came, i provided them copy of my green card, passport and driver's license knowing it's legit. I have to visit my bank to close all of my account, order identity theft and send a letter to 3 credit bureau and will call Immigration tomorrow that my green card information is out there. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, IT'S A BIG SCAM!

Scammed my boyfriend of 29 dollars for a social security card (SSC) replacement and then later, an international fee. Why would SS charge an international fee and show up as "Safefilings London". I sure as hell know we're not in London. Do not use this site for any social security transactions. SS does not even charge for SSC replacement. Please use the SS website (https://www.ssa.gov).

REMOVE THIS COMPANY FROM THE INTERNET! THEY TAKE A PERSON'S INFORMATION, INCLUDING SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. YOU WILL NEVER SEE A SOCIAL SECURITY CARD OR ANYTHING ELSE FROM THEM.

I recently went onto their site thinking it was for the social security. I paid $35 to get a replacement SS card. All this company provided for me was an application and told me where to send my documents. I sent them to a social security office which returned my passport (thank goodness!) without a card. I wrote Safefiling and they told me to keep waiting for a card. That was over a month ago. I than realized I was scammed! I went directly on SS website created an account and requested a replacement card. It is coming in mail. This only took one week and didn't cost me anything! TOTAL SCAM - TAKES YOUR MONEY BUT NO CARDS COME! You can make all requests directly on social security site. https://www.ssa.gov/

I wrote them and these are the messages I got in reply:

"Thank you for your email. Kindly wait for few days until you also get social security card in you mail box."

"Thank you for your email. Safefiling.co provides private services to customers who needs to apply for new, lost (replacement) or change name on their Social Security Card in a simple and easy way. We handle customer's social security application prepared for filing for a one-time small fee.

We entertain customers who cannot manage to visit social security office due to lack of time. We serve the customers by providing them set of information and requirements (i. E. SS-5 form) to replace their security cards via email."

Don't use Safe Fillings. I thought I was on the SS website, but somehow was rerouted to Safe Filings! I was surprised when I was charged $25, when the SS website states they don't charge for forms. I went ahead and did it anyway. I filled out Safe Filings form which asked for my SS #, address, AND of course my credit card #. I am embarrassed and furious I fell for this. I have written to the company to cancel my order and refund my $; SS informed me I should prepare for the possibility of Identity Theft; have called my credit card to flag all charges (don't want to cancel the card just yet); and will inform IRS to red flag my SS # and possible fraudulent income tax forms/returns. What low life using such blatant theft on so many levels! PLUS this company is for sale!

I needed another social security card They said they would file for me. I paid them filled out a form and then they emailed me 2 PDF files with information about what I would have to do now... i could have figured that out myself, Plus they are not in the US. So who knows what they will do with your info. They have only been around a short time. They make it look like they represent social security... but oh no! Please go somewhere else.
