Nope? Some of y'all are lucky! I did not receive my items or a refund. I messages them and they just kept going round corners. I'm still upset. It's been 3 months now.

Ditto all of the above. I got the run around when I submitted what they call a "ticket". The dresses we bought got donated in October for Halloween costumes! Tell your friends NOT to buy from this cheap, scam Chinese company. I wish I had researched better and not believed the fake reviews because now I see that the real people are giving this company 1 star and that the majority of the 5 star reviews are just made up.

I don't know what your issue is, but if you are trying to get a refund and you have paid with PayPal, I would recommend that you lodge a complaint. PayPal will contact Rotita directly, investigate the issue and ultimately reach a resolution. If it's money you want back, PayPal is the only way you'll get it.

I tried to return a dress because it was too big and very cheaply made. I emailed them with photos attached and was told returning it would be more expensive than the actual dress and they offered me half the amount refunded in shop credit. I told them I would not be wasting any more money. Dress is in Oxfam.

They are a scam company do no direct number. Always pay with PayPal.

I would imagine you would need to call China to get this company. And since they operate under several names it would be difficult to track them down. Please people use whatever means to spread the word about Rotita and their horrible clothes and service. Encourage Pinterest or wherever you saw the ad to stop promoting this company!

If you paid via paypal you can open a claim and paypal will refund you :)

Sadly no one ever calls you. I had to submit a ticket several times in a day before I finally got someone to respond. I finally got the dress I ordered and once received it was noting like I expected.

No and I requested a manager or supervisor to call me gave my phone number several times. Only response is they have no way to call me but I can call them. I can't call a China number so I could not. This site rotita.Com is a joke. I have an ongoing email with over 80 emails and still nothing.
