I placed a order and have not yet heard or received a confirmation e mail or anything i was givin a tracking number n things i ordered 3 items, cant ever get anyone on the phone. i paid for expedited shipping everything was available and in stock. so hoping someone can help me. because i paid for these items just want to make sure it is all good, thank you.

There stuff is so $#*!ty! I got my stuff, but it was horrible. I hope no one else will order from this company. It should be shut down!

How can i rely in this online store if the reviews are terrible?

Hi Yvette. Believe all of the bad reviews you read. I ordered 4 items from them in October 2014 and have not received them and getting in touch with them is impossible. They sent me an email about 3 or 4 months ago saying my refund was being processed but still no refund. I would NEVER recommend using this company to anyone. Regards, Suzie

Do the clothes run small?

It is a hit of miss but I would say yes to small. I ordered several items and only 1 fit. I tried numerous times to reach out to them about sending them back and getting my refund, I never heard back from them. I went to the extent of writing my upsetting experience on the review board and then customer wrote back real quick. (She was not polite) I decided to write an email directly to her and she chose to ignore it. Don't spend your time on the poor quality and size clothing. To top it off shipping isn't cheap. Trust me and I used to work in manufacturing clothing. This is not a good company to purchase clothes from.

They are an online company based out of Singapore. NEVER BUY from this company. There is NO REAL return policy, its a joke, you will lose your money because the clothes is not what it looks like in the pics, the sizes are off. Their version of our US Large is an XSmall. The quality is horrible from stitching to material. This company is a SCAM... they should be shut down... Do your homework and read the reviews and save yourself from a headache. You are better off going to Walmart!

If I were you i wouldn't order from this site, I ordered 8 things from them in august of 2014 and only received one item, I called my postal service to see if they still had the packages but they didn't. I filed a complaint and emailed them they told me that it was delivered so I called my postal service again and they said that they still had nothing, I emailed rosewholsale again and they said that they were going to be processing a refund and they never did and I disputed with them for a few months and gave up because at that point I knew I wasn't going to get anything from them. So basically order at own risk.

I agree with everything above. It's a horrible company and I wish I had looked at reviews before buying. I would not invest any more time and energy in trying to return something or get an answer to a question. You can jump through all of their hoops and you will still get no response.
