Order number should be on original email or in the ones they send afterwards. I will warn that a refund will be a hassle most likely. I asked on a refund from the time I posted my original review and recieved two threats on taking down my review before a refund. After three days of demanding my refund they still shipped my package that will take two weeks to get here when I payed For 3-7 day shipping. Whole thing is a scam. Stay constant on your response to the emails if your going to get anywhere on your return. It will not be easy but stay constant
This is such a horrible company, get a refund! Dispute the charge with your form of payment carrier.
I would only say yes because this place really made me mad but I really think with any company once they see a transition cancelled they SHOULD cancel it. Keep an eye on your bank account.
You will probably do what most people do and take a total loss. Just hope that others will not waste their money and ignore all of the 5 star comments that are evidently made up!
Not only will the swimsuit not look like what you see in the advert, but they don't show you that the size would fit a 'little person' or small child, maybe. The fabric would be hazardous around open flame. In other words if you are counting on this item to be your go to for the summer, better go somewhere else.

Not sure about that. But I feel your pain. The company is a full scam. You won't get a refund. They told me to resell my junk I was given. Call the attorney general office and hopefully one day they will shutdown its website here in the United States. If they get enough complaints.
I was told (by the company) that they have to order the items from outside sources, and then wait for them to arrive at their facility. From there they ship it to you. I ordered items from this site and it took about 2 months for them to arrive at my home. Frustrating :/
Anybody who has done any business with this scam of a company has experienced terrible quality clothing and the worst customer service. If your going to buy online, DO NOT buy from this company!
