I placed an order last night that i am needing by the 4th of july- if i am not going to receive it by then- i need to cancel the order... i chose 3-7 day shipping... but i have read some reviews that items have not been delievered for several months in some cases after being ordered. please advise

Answer:

I would advise you to cancel immediately and cancel payment, not knowing how you were paying for it. Hope you can prevent them from getting any of your money.

Hello,are your clothes made in usa and are they normal us sizes?

Answer:

I am only a customer but I know the answer. The clothes are made in China. Rosegal is a Chinese company and your order is sent by mail from China. The sizes displayed for the products are not US sizes. There a sizing charts for every product and the chart shows the relationship between the listed size and US size.

As an ex-customer of their I would tell you to proceed with caution if you are going to buy items wholesale. Some of their clothes can cause allergic reactions which as a store owner you could be liable.

It seems that this website is a scam all the complains are puzzling

Answer:

It is a scam. They count on people being lured in by cute pictures and seemingly affordable prices, only to either not send you the merchandise you paid for, or to send you some crap that isn't what was pictured. Then should they fail to send you all or part of your order, they will claim that they can't refund you the money. Hands down the worst online shopping experience of my life. 100% scam.
