Hey guys, I have terrible experience with Roomster. When I was signing up they system went down and it told me that something went wrong and to try again later. I tried again later and suddenly I was charged 2x for every single month of my subscription. I contacted the customer support - and guess what - the only reply I get is that it was authorised and they will keep double the payment for the one service they provided. They keep repeating to read a receipt of payment, which includes only one payment. I keep telling there they took from my bank 2 payments and its over and over. They refuse to check their billing to see that they received double the amount. They give me an impression they are not helpful on purpose for me to give up as the replies sound really robotic. To me it looks like a scam. Anyone had similar experience?

Yes, we looked into the matter and it seems you created two subscriptions using two different paypal accounts, which we have records of. As our commitment to customer service we researched the issue and issued full refunds of all charges. Best, Roomster.
