Hello,

Once you have logged into your Roommates.com account and clicked on a profile you can click Contact Member in the top right corner to send a member a free message that can contain your contact information if you would like.

You can always contact us at support@roommates.com or by clicking the Support tab at the top of the page if you are logged into your account, or Contact Us tab if you are not logged in.

Hopefully this information has assisted you in being able to use the site and find a roommate.
