I think the reviews at Sitejabber have been pretty clear. Thank god for your site. Mow I can completely avoid another scam. The reason why I ended here was because you advertise as 24x7 support on your website there was no chat, email address or any messaging option to let me get in touch with your support crew. All in all you just didn't want people bugging hence why you designed the website in that manner so good for you I wont. Good luck with your zero support website. And by the way your forgotten password system is broken.
