I have been trying to cancel my order from romwe for three days now. i tried to cancel it moments after ordering it due to a change of heart. they have not cancelled it and have already taken the payment from my card. how can i fix this? no one will respond at all.

It says 60% off on your first order. so that 60% off is it from the total or the original price of the product?

Hello, i just wondering how long time it takes to delivery? and why your charge the retail price and not the price that the website shows as a sale? it is scam?, how the 60% off of 256 will be just only 50 dollars less...

I ordered on 2 jul, it was shipped on 3 jul and in transit 8 jul. it's stil in transit' for 11 days, i stil don't recieved my package. what can i do?

It usually takes 10-18 days for express shipping and standard shipping can take up to about a month lol— if it still hasn't been delivered, you can try to contact them.
