Rick, Thanks for your question. As long as you select the single document purchase, in this case the $10.00, then you will not be enrolled in a monthly membership. That will just be a one time fee. Keep in mind that if you select the free trial or the membership option, then it will be part of an ongoing membership until cancelled.
