How is is possible for roblox to entice my 10 yr old son to charge $337.00 over a course of days maxing out our credit card and when we try to contact anyone about it NOTHING happens?? This game is a con! I have tried to call, email. When we try to email nothing happens computer freezes! I want answers for all of these unauthorized purchases?? I demand roblox refund every cent!!!

Obviously you haven't used a computer very much, have you? If your child is able to get your credit card information, they're able to purchase things. As for your computer freezing on the email site you use, that's YOUR EMAIL PROVIDER'S FAULT, not ROBLOX's.

I understand this mother actually, many millions of moms have had their children young to teen make a huge purchase on them. And YES for everything, Roblox never does a thing and they never listen to what you emailed, they get the information wrong and they never return money. So all real mothers out there, I understand. Their arrogance is a false sense of confidence, they really don't understand or even acknowledge the mistakes they've made towards there own parents growing up.

You can't parent, so you're taking it out on a company?! What kind of logic is that. It's your fault your child got your credit card because you couldn't watch him for it. Someday, somebody might get hurt and you'll only be able to blame it on others.

Because you forgot to remove YOUR credit card details from the credit card autosave (It isn't Roblox's fault this exists and they can't disable it) meaning YOU were the one who managed to mess your credit card up and it is YOUR fault for not teaching your child properly due to the fact YOU didn't disable auto purchase for people who don't want to waste time putting all the details back in with a purchase. You are blaming this on the company that has nothing to do with this. Think before you act!
