Your son bought a membership known as premium / builders club, you attached your card to the account and he got a hold of it and used it to his advantage. Your fault. ROBLOX does not owe you anything, you did this.

I understand this mother actually, many millions of moms have had their children young to teen make a huge purchase on them. And YES for everything, Roblox never does a thing and they never listen to what you emailed, they get the information wrong and they never return money. So all real mothers out there, I understand. Their arrogance is a false sense of confidence, they really don't understand or even acknowledge the mistakes they've made towards there own parents growing up.

Because you forgot to remove YOUR credit card details from the credit card autosave (It isn't Roblox's fault this exists and they can't disable it) meaning YOU were the one who managed to mess your credit card up and it is YOUR fault for not teaching your child properly due to the fact YOU didn't disable auto purchase for people who don't want to waste time putting all the details back in with a purchase. You are blaming this on the company that has nothing to do with this. Think before you act!
