"You can cancel your subscription at any time - Laura T." Yea good one, I just called not that long ago and no you can't cancel at anytime. So not only do you guys have horrible customer service when it comes to canceling someones account but you guys lie as well.

And watch your CC account after you cancel! I cancelled via the website before my trial was over(before the $39.95 monthly fee was set to begin), followed instructions, and was charged twice in the space of 2 weeks. When I spoke with customer service, it was first implied that it was my error, then I was told that I had only deleted my information and not cancelled my account, then I was told that it was their processing error. Sketch city.

You have to sit and wait on the chat line for 15 minutes like I did. Ridiculous company!
