Would like to know if I can use more than (1) $5 certificate at a time.? Say I go to lunch and spend $40. Can I use (4) $5 certificates and only pay $20 cash for my meal?

This is not a cash equivalent gift card. This is a coupon with one coupon per visit per month. Look you could have only spent $1 for that $25 coupon. Why would you expect it to be worth $25 cash. It is simply a coupon and if you want the deal you need to folllow the rules. I realize the web site implies it is a gift certificate because they use the word certificate which I agree is deceptive. At the same time this is the best way to save money on dining out. You just have to follow the rules on the "coupon".

Yep. Agree with the above responses. MOST say you cannot use more than one certificate per visit. Make sure you read ALL the fine print, too! That's where I got hung up and requested and received credit for my certificates. Eg: I bought 4, $10 certificates thinking I could use them as a gift certificate and give all 4 of them to someone for dinner. Wrong.

Some restaurants allow and some don't. Most of them will tell you in the fine print if they won't accept more than 1

We couldn't either. These coupons are very limited and have tons of fine print.

Written on the certificate: Terms and conditions for restaurant-specific Certificates: Only one Restaurant-Specific Gift Certificate may be redeemed per party, per month, per restaurant, even if the party is seated at separate tables and/or receives more than one check.
