Avoid Reship all together. If you don't have troubles now, you WILL. Read my review. Absolutely terrible customer service and you don't have to read just my review. Find an alternative, please.

Yes, definitel, they are one and the same --- they seem to start up a new "name" slightly i. E. reship.com... reship.co.uk... reshipusa etc... every time they get bad feedback.

Yes. I logged into the Reship.co.uk website, and scrolled down to the bottom of the page, where the Contact us link was located. I was easily able to use my log-in name and password to access my Reship.com ( Portland, OR) account. Let me add that I have probably had another half a dozen shipments, since my review, and their service is back up to the standards I've had in the past. Quick delivery, well packed ( custom packages to fit the consolidation) and fast notification of deliveries and shipments from my ' suite # ' ReShip.com always use new boxes and proper insulating materials in their packing - top-notch services. I'm pleased with their handling of my shipments from the US and eBay to my Canadian address ( using both USPS and UPS).
