Hi, Willow now your package is there you need to go on line and begin the process of shipping, on the site when you log into account, on the left side of the page you will see topics like recent shipped EtC. click on the one which says to be shipped enter the proper data and chose shipping method i generally go US Postal Service it's slower but you will not a surprise when it lands in Canada and a shipping company wants to charge you shipping fees which can be a EXTRA $30.00 - $40.00 CANADIAN DOLLARS - with US Post what Reships charges is all the charges US Post does not charge shipping fees, Hope this helps Willow if not please ask Reship Customer service to help guide you through the process
