I did an application online the other day and called rent guarantee. the girl that answered the phone told me some info reg. their empower program that helps you own a house. she said that they have a list of homes that are in foreclosure. if i already know a house that is in foreclosure, would rent guarantee help me get that house or would i have to stick to their list? my name is denae and my email is dblalvarado@aol.com. thank you.
